I run Lawrence General Home Services, providing ongoing home care and remodeling support for homeowners who want a trusted, consistent relationship — not a rotating list of contractors.This work is done through Lawrence General Contractors, where I’ve spent years helping homeowners maintain, improve, and update their homes. I live locally, communicate clearly, and take pride in doing quality work that lasts.The home care side of my business exists because I saw the same pattern again and again:

Ongoing care for your home, without the guesswork.The Home Care Membership is designed for homeowners who want consistent, preventive attention for their home — handled by one trusted professional.Membership Rate:
$99/month (Founding Member availability is limited)What’s included:✔ 1 hour of home care each month
(Use it or bank up to 2 hours)✔ Priority scheduling✔ Same trusted person every visit✔ No trip or service call fees✔ First visit: Home Safety & Fix-List ScanTypical requests include:- Door and cabinet adjustments- Hanging pictures, mirrors, or TVs- Caulking and small touch-ups- Smoke/CO detector replacement- Minor drywall repairs- Tightening railings and hardware- Drafts, weatherstripping, small fixesNot included:
Major plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or structural work

Remodeling & Home Projects

In addition to ongoing home care, I take on select remodeling and improvement projects through Lawrence General Contractors.This work is handled thoughtfully, with clear communication and realistic timelines.Common projects include:- Bathrooms and kitchens- Interior updates- Small to mid-size remodels- Project oversight and coordinationIf you’re considering a project, I’m happy to talk through ideas and see if it’s a good fit.
